Personal training is both an excellent alternative and complement to our group Crossfit classes. We highly recommend personal training for all of our clients because the one-on-one environment allows for specific instruction in areas that clients need the most improvement. Whether you are brand new to CrossFit or a seasoned vet, personal training can help you hone your movement technique and help you get more out of your daily workouts. Personal training can be scheduled around your availability, morning or night, seven days per week.
