05/23/18: 908 Night Out and Nutrition Challenge

Thursday night looks to be a beautiful night.  We plan to go out to the Stagehouse in Scotch Plains around 7:30pm.  We hope to see many of you there!  We need a good night out before our next Nutrition Challenge.  Speaking of.....

Today's Workout:

  • Skill - Strict Handstand Push Ups 7 x 3 (Sx = 7 x 3 Strict Double Dumbbell Press OR 7 x :15-:20 Handstand Hold / CRx = Deficit)
  • Conditioning - EMOM20
    • 1st min - 10 Burpees (Sx = 6 Burpees)
    • 2nd min - 10 Toes To Bar (Sx = V-Ups)
    • NOTE: CRx option today will be as follows: 10 reps the first round, 11 the second, 12 the third, 13 the fourth, and 14 reps on the 5th round.  This will take you to the halfway point of the workout, at which point you start again at 10 reps and progress the same way you did the first time.  Burpees should be done as quickly as possible every round.  No pacing the burpees.
  • Accessory - 3 x 100ft Single Arm Overhead Carry + Max Effort Hollow Hold
